A. Terms and Conditions for the Allianz Motor Insurance x HK EV Power Promotion

1. This promotion ("Promotion”) is applicable to customers who have successfully applied with premiums paid for Allianz Motor Insurance - Comprehensive Plan for Electric Vehicle within the period from 01/09/2023 to 31/12/2024 (both dates inclusive)(“Promotion Period”) following an offer directly from Allianz appearing in HK EV Power‘s website or app ("Application”) with the policy subsequently issued through Allianz’s website ("Eligible Policy”).

2. Those customers of the Eligible Policies will enjoy complimentary Charging Credit (“Reward”) subject to below that must be fulfilled at the time of the Application and also other terms and conditions of the Promotion:
• the same customer must also be enrolled as HK EV Power’s member (“Eligible Customer”); and
• the insured vehicle under Allianz Motor Insurance has not been insured before by Allianz.
The data appearing in the records of Allianz and HK EV Power will be conclusive as to the Eligible Policy of Allianz and the Eligible Customer of HK EV Power.

3. The Eligible Policy must remain in force at the time of redemption of the Reward. HK EV Power will send out a redemption email/communication within 3 months from the policy issue date.

4. As part of the redemption process including validation of the customer’s identity as Eligible Customer, Allianz will pass the policy number, email address and contact number recorded under the Eligible Policy to HK EV Power. Therefore the email address and contact number provided by the Eligible Customer to HK EV Power before as well as to Allianz at the time of Application must be identical for such validation.

5. For more details of activation of and other information of the Reward supplied by HK EV Power, please refer to their instructions and other terms and conditions referred in such email/communication or separately provided by them. Allianz shall assume no liability in respect thereof.

6. The Reward of this Promotion is not exchangeable for cash, other items or vouchers of other denomination.

7. Both the offer of Allianz Insurance Motor and this Promotion are brought to you directly from Allianz. A customer who has enjoyed such Promotion will not be entitled to any other promotion offers from Allianz regarding the Eligible Policy unless otherwise specified by Allianz.

8. Allianz reserve the right to alter or terminate the Promotion and/or amend our terms and conditions at any time without notice. All matters or disputes in relation to the Promotion and the interpretation of the terms and conditions herein shall be subject to the decision of Allianz, which shall be final and binding.

Allianz Motor Insurance is underwritten by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE (incorporated in the Federal Republic of Germany with limited liabilities) Hong Kong Branch which is a general insurer authorized and regulated by the Insurance Authority of the HKSAR. HK EV Power is not an insurance agent of Allianz and does not act as an insurance broker and is not involved in offering or the arrangement of this Allianz Motor Insurance. B. Special Terms and Conditions for the Charging Credit

1. All products and services information, prices and photos shown are for reference only. HK EV Power’s information shall prevail. All products and brand names are trademarks or registered trademarks belonging to HK EV Power as supplier, other manufacturers or company holders, as the case may be.

2. Customers understand and accept that Allianz is not the supplier of the Reward, nor the supplier of the products/ services purchased or redeemed. Allianz shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of those products/services, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions, and any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with those products/services, whether by the supplier of the Reward, the supplier of the products/services, or their respective employees, officers or agents.
