Terms and Conditions for the Exclusive Renewal Offer on Allianz Motor Insurance

• 1. Allianz Motor Insurance is underwritten by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE (incorporated in the Federal Republic of Germany with limited liabilities) Hong Kong Branch (“Allianz”). Exclusive Renewal Offer (“Promotion”) is provided by Allianz.
• 2. The Promotion is only available to Eligible Customers upon successful policy renewal and payment of premium of an Allianz Motor Insurance. For the avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Customer must be the policyholder of the renewed policy.
• 3. An Eligible Customer will be entitled to a complimentary HKTVmall e-Voucher in accordance with the following for each Allianz Motor Insurance successfully renewed.
    • Third Party Only Plan (All private cars except Tesla): Equivalent to HKD 200
    • Third Party Only Plan (Tesla): Equivalent to HKD 400
    • Comprehensive Plan (All private cars except Tesla): Equivalent to HKD 400
    • Comprehensive Plan (Tesla): Equivalent to HKD 1,000
• 4. The e-Voucher will be delivered to Eligible Customers by email within 90 days after successful renewal according to the email addresses as provided by the Eligible Customers on their policies. The renewed policy must remain in force when the e-Voucher is delivered.
• 5. If you could not receive the e-Voucher, or if you have other question(s), please contact Allianz Customer Service Hotline at 852 2280 4106 during business hours (Mon – Fri; 9am – 5:30pm, except public holidays) or email to cs.azhk@allianz.com for assistance.
• 6. If the e-Voucher is out of stock, Allianz reserves the right to replace it with alternative gifts of similar value.
• 7. The e-Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by HKTVmall (the “Supplier”). Allianz is not the supplier of e-Voucher and shall have no obligation and liability in any issues that arise therefrom. Allianz make no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by the Supplier, and shall not in any way be liable for any goods, services or the quality or performance of such goods or services supplied by the Supplier or any third-party merchant. Any disputes arising from the use of the e-Voucher shall be resolved between the customers and the Supplier directly.
• 8. The e-Voucher is not transferable or cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any substitutes. The e-Voucher will not be replaced or re-issued if it is lost, damaged or unused after expiry date.
• 9. Allianz may vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• 10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and to be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
• 11. In case of any disputes of the Promotion, the decision of Allianz shall be final and conclusive.
• 12. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
