Terms and Conditions for Allianz Ride-Hailing Motor Insurance Early-Bird Offer
1. The Promotion Period is from 14 September 2026 to 15 October 2026 (the "Registration Deadline").
2. The Promotion is available to individual customers who successfully register for the Allianz Ride-Hailing Motor Insurance early-bird offer on this website on or before the Registration Deadline by providing their full name, contact number, and email address (the "Eligible Participant").
3. Each Eligible Participant will be entitled to receive a gift voucher code valued at HK$1,000 ("Voucher"), which can be applied as a discount towards the purchase of an Allianz Ride-hailing Motor Insurance policy on this website.
4. The Voucher will be emailed on or before 31 October 2026 to the registered email address provided at the time of registration. If you do not receive the Voucher or if you have any other questions, please contact the Allianz Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2280 4106 or email cs.azhk@allianz.com for assistance (Business hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm, except public holidays).
5. The Voucher must be redeemed by purchasing an Allianz Ride-hailing Vehicle Insurance policy on or before 31 December 2026.
Terms and Conditions of Allianz Ride-Hailing Motor Insurance Gift Voucher
1. This Allianz Gift Voucher (“Voucher”) can only be used for online purchase of Allianz Ride-Hailing Motor Insurance policy through www.personal.allianz.com.hk.
2 The Voucher can only be redeemed with the assigned value (“Voucher Value”) against the premium payable for a new insurance policy (“Eligible Policy”).
3. To redeem the Voucher, you must:
(i) Type in the Voucher gift code at the Payment step on the online purchase website
(ii) The Voucher must be applied before payment for the Eligible Policy is completed.
4. If the total premium of the Eligible Policy is less than the Voucher Value, the remaining Voucher Value will be forfeited. No cash refund or credit will be provided for any unused portion of the Voucher Value. If the total premium of the Eligible Policy is greater than the Voucher Value, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance using one of our accepted payment methods.
5. If an Eligible Policy purchased or renewed using this Voucher is cancelled by you or us:
(i) The Voucher Value applied will not be included in the refundable premium calculation (if applicable)
(ii) No replacement Voucher will be issued
6. The Allianz gift voucher is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or sold for cash or any substitutes.
7. The Voucher will not be replaced or re-issued if it is lost, damaged or unused after expiry date.
8. The Voucher can only be redeemed once.
9. Only one (1) Voucher can be used per Eligible Policy.
10. Allianz may, at its sole discretion, vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice or withdraw or discontinue the Voucher Scheme at any time without prior notice.
11. Allianz reserves the right to refuse redemption of a Voucher if it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.
12. All insurance policies are subject to policy terms, and conditions. Obtaining a quotation or possessing a Voucher does not guarantee policy issuance.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and to be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
14. In case of any disputes of the Allianz Gift Voucher, the decision of Allianz shall be final and conclusive.
15. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
