2. Have not been disqualified during the past 3 years as the result of any offence or offence in relation to motor vehicle driving.
3. Have not accumulated more than 12 driving-offence points in the past 3 years as a result of any offence or offence in relation to motor vehicle driving.
4. Have not had any motor policy being terminated or refused for quotation by another insurance company in the past.

The motor vehicle:

1. Has not been modified from manufacture's standard specifications.
2. Is not used for tuition purpose, rental, leasing, hire or reward (including but not limited to UBER or GOGOVAN or LALAMOVE or FOODPANDA or any car-sharing or any ride-sharing activities), rallies, competitions, speed testing, trials, motor sport or as courtesy car.
3. Is registered as private car under Vehicle Registration Document.
