Car Insurance in Hong Kong

For policies purchased on or after 30 July 2026: To ensure you stay protected, your policy will automatically renew for another year. We will send you a renewal notice at least 21 days before your policy ends with all the policy details (including the renewal premium and instructions on how to opt out). To keep things easy for you, the premium will be safely and automatically charged to your credit card through our secure, encrypted payment partner.

If you decide not to renew, please notify us in writing (including by email) at least 7 days before your policy expires , and your coverage will simply end at the end of your current term.

If your renewal premium cannot be collected from your credit card, your policy will not be renewed and all cover will cease at the end of your current term.

For policies purchased before 30 July 2026: We will send you a renewal notice at least 21 days before your policy expiry date, setting out your policy details and instructions on how to renew your policy through our online renewal portal.
